Anthropology All junior researchers might be given full-time fellowships for research, that itself conveys an unparalleled opportunity of building up a research profile as a member of a collegiate community. The basic obligation of a Junior Research Fellow is to engage full-time in research and its dissemination in some branch of the Arts or Humanities. The successful candidate will be expected to propose, plan and manage a high quality programme of original research and to publicize the outcomes of that research through papers and publications.
