- President & CEO
- Minimum qualification: Graduation
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields from a local or foreign university
- A career banker with at least 5 years of experience at senior levels (EVP and above or equivalent) in a bank/DFI
- Highly motivated and result-oriented individual
- Leadership skills are essential
- Knowledgeable about banking laws, regulations, and practices
- Age must be within the limit specified in the Corporate Governance Regulatory Framework (CGRF)
