Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with the Design team and representatives.
- Overseeing various aspects of construction projects and supervising fellow team members.
- Carefully reviewing plans, quantities, and drawings for precision.
- Conducting technical and feasibility studies, including thorough site investigations.
- Planning the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensuring strict adherence to legal requirements, particularly those related to health and safety.
- Smoothly managing project operations, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Providing regular daily and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinating effectively with clients and consultants.
- Verifying bill details for accuracy.
- Attending client meetings as needed.
- Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, and workers.
- Embracing additional responsibilities as assigned over time.
Skills:
- Proficient in using tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen eye for details.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all on-site construction activities.
- Capable of efficiently managing multi-story building construction projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in using MS Word and MS Excel effectively.
- Proficient in multitasking, managing several tasks concurrently.
- Effective time management skills.
Qualification:
- Applicants must hold a civil engineering degree.
Experience:
- A background of 3 to 5 years in the construction industry, preferably involving contractor roles or high-rise projects.
