Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating the annual internal audit plan for the organization
- Plan and assess risks associated with different projects

- Lead and guide the audit team in their assigned tasks

- Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and records
- Contribute to policy development and long-term planning

- Complete other assigned tasks as directed by management.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or CA/ACCA/ICMA qualification
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, procedures, and policies
- Interest in working with diverse individuals
- Ability to supervise and train employees, prioritize tasks, and manage work assignments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities in auditing and related areas
- Ability to create a positive work environment for team members
- Proficiency in analyzing data and providing accurate interpretations
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- High level of integrity and adherence to regulations
- Proactive and capable of making informed decisions.
