Responsibilities:
- Coordinate security operations on behalf of GM A&S within Zones.
- Organize and conduct routine internal audits for the Security Company.
- Gather and organize data from security-related reports and returns.
- Ensure the complete implementation of all security contract clauses through vendors.
- Keep records of all guards in the Zone using available resources.
- Review and assess pay bills based on security company performance.
- Establish connections and communicate with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), including the Army, Police, Rangers, and other relevant entities for security matters.
- Create comprehensive security audit reports, including the reasoning behind security services, following visits to PTCL sites.
- Maintain a monthly theft report that includes details of stolen items, locations, and revenue loss assessments.
- If a theft occurs in the zone/region, promptly initiate an occurrence report to GM A&S using any available communication method.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree from a university acknowledged by HEC (Higher Education Commission).
Experience
- Having relevant experience will give you an advantage.
