Responsibilities
- Serve as the leading technical resource for an agile team, overseeing development efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful task completion and address short and long-term business needs.
- Offer technical leadership by coaching and guiding team members.
- Uphold high development and delivery standards for your team as outlined by group policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience, focusing on backend or full stack development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a developer or architect for web solutions.
- 3 years of experience as a designer/architect on a large scale.
- Minimum 3 years of development and design experience they are using Node.js.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with NoSQL databases.
- Practical knowledge of microservices architecture and event-based systems.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in written and oral English communication.
- Previous experience working with technical managers and colleagues from international backgrounds.
Required Qualifications for Software Engineer:
- Customer and product-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and its services.
- Proficiency in working with Linux as a production environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing and improving performance, working with relational databases, designing REST APIs, and handling data streaming.
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms can be advantageous.
