Required Experience for Descon Engineering:

• Lead Civil Engineer needs 10-12 Years of experience.
• Planning Engineer needs 5-7 Years of experience
• QC Engineer (Civil) needs 7-10 Years of experience
• Area Planner (Civil) needs 2-3 Years of experience
• QC Inspector (Civil) needs 5-7 Years of experience
• Civil Supervisor needs 7-10 Years of experience
• Assistant QS (Civil) needs 2-3 Years of experience
