CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Qualifications:
An individual who is part of a duly acknowledged organization of expert accountants.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE); preferably in a public sector organization that has total assets of five billion rupees or more.
- Should be familiar with management and supervision of the Finance & Accounts Department, preferably of an extractive sector company.
- Experience in liaison with stakeholders, regulators, and government agencies.
- Comprehension of the corporate governance principles and adherence to regulatory obligations applicable to a publicly-owned enterprise.
Age Limit:
- 45 years maximum
CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR
Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounts, or Commerce or have an equivalent qualification such as CA (Inter) or ACMA (III).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE); Public Sector experience preferred.
- Comprehending the principles of corporate governance and adhering to regulatory compliance obligations that are applicable to a publicly owned company.
Age Limit:
- 45 years maximum
MANAGER AUDIT
Qualifications:
- Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or its equivalent, in Finance, Accounts, or Commerce. Alternatively, candidates may have completed CA (Inter) or ACMA (III) qualifications.
Experience:
3-5 Years of post-qualification experience
Age Limit:
- 25-35 years.
