We are seeking skilled Sales Executives to make a strong impact on our sales. Use your knowledge of the sales process, excellent lead generation abilities, and strong English communication skills to excel in this role.
Requirements:
- Make phone calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our services.
- Send follow-up emails to leads and potential customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for our sales team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries potential customers may have.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of our services to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Qualification and Experience:
- A level or equivalent qualification; a college degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or telemarketing position.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong written communication skills for emails and follow-ups.
- Ability to handle a large number of outbound calls and generate leads.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle customer concerns.
