Team Lead – Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the sales support function and the sales support team.
- Establish and implement procedures for efficient call center operations.
- Set performance targets for team members and motivate them to achieve their goals.
- Schedule shifts for support staff to ensure continuous client coverage.
- Ensure all team members understand company services and guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for calls, social media interactions, and post-call work.
- Conduct mystery calls to assess information delivery to customers.
- Monitor sales achievements and calculate commissions according to policy.
- Follow up on outstanding client payments and assist team members in dealing with difficult clients.
- Monitor revenue submission from branches and follow up as necessary.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members and participate in recruitment processes.
- Regularly review performance and conduct training for underperforming team members.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduation or equivalent diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team lead position in a call center.
- Strong verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Office Location:
- Â I-9/2, Islamabad.
Salary:
- Â Rs 50,000.00 – Rs 70,000.00 per month
