Responsibilities:
- Manage Inventory Purchase Orders and maintain regular communication with suppliers.
- Optimize inventory warehousing to ensure a steady flow of stock without unnecessary capitalization.
- Forecast stock demands based on current and future business requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of master data for supply chain operations.
- Coordinate stock availability across various stores and warehouses.
- Cultivate strong and trustworthy relationships with assigned accounts.
- Analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and secure profitable agreements.
- Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about the progress of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with advanced mathematical and analytical skills, including experience in statistical analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferably proficient in Python and know SQL.
