Responsibilities:

As a valuable resource, you will take on the role of a coach for senior leaders, guiding and supporting them in their mission as change agents.
Your expertise will be instrumental in applying a structured change management approach, and you’ll be in charge of developing a comprehensive communication strategy for both internal and external stakeholders connected with Project Enrich.
With a focus on the human element of change impact, you will play a crucial role in managing the effects of business process transformation, technology implementation, and other organizational developments.
Collaborate closely with HR to plan resources, identify post-go-live roles, and map roles to job responsibilities.
Take on the responsibility of creating and implementing change management strategies to facilitate the seamless adoption of new technology, processes, and systems by all employees.
Journey planning, stakeholder management, and readiness assessment will be areas where you provide invaluable support for various aspects of change in Project Enrich.
As a coach, you will share best practices and experiences with colleagues associated with Project Enrich, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will conduct a change analysis, identifying the stakeholders impacted and assessing their readiness levels for adaptation.

Experience:

We are seeking candidates with 5-6 years of experience in the corporate sector.

Qualification & Skills:

National Foods require a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.
