Regional Director of Sales & Distribution at Zong CMPak Ltd
- Join the Zong CMPak Ltd team in Karachi, as a Regional Sales Team Leader. Take charge of a sales team, set goals, create a sales plan, analyze data, provide training, and support team members’ growth. You’ll also oversee a specific area and supervise other assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit the market to ensure the availability of stock and increase market penetration of Zong products.
- Supervising Grid Managers and helping them achieve their targets.
- Reviewing the list of potential outlets provided by GMs, considering factors like the number of shops, coverage, financial and logistic strength, brands/clients, and reputation.
- Ensuring the Sales team is well-trained and knowledgeable about company products.
- It is building positive relationships with franchises, distributors, and traders.
- Ensuring that all franchises and retailers adhere to the SIM prices and margins in the sales channel, from Distributor to Sub Distributor and from Sub Distributor to retailer.
- Enforcing the company’s rules, policies, and procedures, including acquiring and managing real customers.
- Providing support to channel partners regarding commissions, and payouts, and addressing any legal issues or queries they may have.
- Focusing on individual franchises, offering assistance with their challenges, and motivating them to achieve their targets.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills combined with the ability to analyze data and motivate others.
- Proficiency in managing teams and projects effectively.
- Understanding of sales and distribution concepts.
- Ability to foster teamwork and build positive relationships within the team.
- Capacity to handle high-pressure situations and effectively engage with important stakeholders
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in the field.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is necessary.
