 Responsibilities:
- Wear various hats by collaborating with multiple teams to create strategies, work with designers and content writers, and analyze data.
- Feel at ease with client communication.
- Be skilled in people management.
- Possess a strong understanding of the latest digital trends and the ability to formulate campaigns.
- Oversee digital projects from start to finish.
- Have a decent knowledge of SEO and managing/marketing on social media.
- Be capable of writing and proofreading content.
- Provide training to the team on modern strategies.
- Maintain a consistent brand presence on digital platforms.
- Manage both team and client KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure brand consistency.
- Propose and implement direct marketing methods to enhance profitability.
- Approach tasks with an analytical mindset.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience as a Head of Digital Department or Team Leader.
- Knowledge of web content and content management systems.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and working effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with international clients.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Experience as a Digital Marketing Lead: 3 years.
- Content Management experience: 4 years.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience: 4 years.
- Web Development experience: 2 years.
- Monthly Salary Range: Rs 200,000.00 to Rs 350,000.00.
