Responsibility:
- Support the Testing Laboratory’s functions to ensure that testing equipment and activities align with Chevron standards and the ISO 9001-2015 Quality Assurance System and that laboratory services meet the end-users’ needs.
- Implement the Chevron Product Integrity Policy.
- Review and manage all testing activities conducted at the Lahore lab.
- Responsible for calibrating equipment used in routine testing according to the schedule to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Conduct maintenance and servicing for all laboratory equipment, maintaining records and schedules for regular servicing and monitoring of major and critical equipment.
- Implement statistical techniques on critical equipment as part of the quality system and maintain records.
- Coordinate with the Lab Lead to manage the status and scheduling of testing activities.
- Capable of visiting customers with the Mobile Testing Van and independently managing the van’s services and operations.
- Oversee all testing activities, including preventative maintenance and calibration of lubricant testing equipment.
- Coordinate with the technical manager and sales staff to manage used oil testing activities and the operation of the Mobile Testing Van.
- Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
