- Build and nurture strong relationships with our existing design clients, getting to know their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Actively seek out opportunities to offer additional services or products to our current clients, tailoring these recommendations to their project goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our range of design products and services so that you can effectively convey their value to our clients.
- Use a consultative sales approach, which involves listening attentively to our client’s needs and delivering solutions that align perfectly with their objectives.
- Create compelling and personalized proposals when suggesting additional design services, highlighting the advantages and return on investment (ROI) they offer.
- Collaborate closely with our design and creative teams to ensure that projects run smoothly and our clients are satisfied.
- Keep meticulous records of all client interactions, sales activities, and the success rates of upselling efforts. Regularly update the sales manager with reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design technologies to help us position our products and services effectively in the market.
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, including a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- A solid grasp of design principles and familiarity with the creative process.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and determined to achieve sales objectives.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
