Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a monthly plan for monitoring visits and assign them to field staff.
- Ensure timely completion of all monitoring activities.
- Prepare and review various reports, including class monitoring reports, center inspection reports, employment verification reports, and exam assessment reports.
- Submit the reports for further review and analysis.
- Conduct surprise visits to training service providers to evaluate the performance of monitoring staff.
- Verify the bills of field monitors and ensure prompt payment within the specified timeframe.
- Coordinate transportation, logistics, and accommodation for field monitors in consultation with the PTEGP (Project Technical Expert Group).
- Safeguard assignment data and assets.
- Address administrative issues of project staff in collaboration with the relevant manager.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination between PTEGP and PSDF (Punjab Skills Development Fund) for smooth project execution.
- Provide assistance to team members as required.
- Assist the project team in data analysis and presentation preparation.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the responsible officer.
Experience:
