Deputy Director Project:

• Responsibility: Should manage all coordination and management of work at the site.
• Education: Master/Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Management Sciences
• Experience: 15 Years Civil or Engineering Corps

Resident Engineer:

• Responsibility: Provide quality assurance of completed work that meets specifications and plans.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5-10 Years

Quantity Surveyor:

• Responsibility: Estimate the cost of different materials. Documentations include tender and contract, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Education: B.Tech / DAE in Civil Engineering, Chartered surveyor in Quantity Surveying
• Experience: 7 Years

Deputy Director Operations:

• Responsibility: Manage customer relationships, inventory, and financial applications with comprehensive CRM.
• Education: Masters / BBA in Management Sciences
• Experience: 15-20 Years in Civil and Armed Forces

GM Operations:

• Responsibility: Improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, and implementing innovative changes.
• Education:  B.Com or Masters or BBA
• Experience: 15-20 Years in Civil and Armed Forces

Assistant Manager Operations:

• Responsibility: Checking client information and payment control in coordination with operations and marketing staff.
• Education: Masters or BBA or B.Com
• Experience: 7-10 Years

Manager Marketing & Sales:

• Responsibility:  Marketing campaigns or strategies to reach new customers in the Real Estate or Housing Industry.
• Education: MBA in Marketing and Sales from HEC recognized Institute
• Experience: 15 Years of Real Estate Marketing & Sales

Supervisor Marketing & Sales:

• Responsibility:  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of business functions.
• Education:  BBA Marketing & Sales from HEC Recognized  Institution/ MBA
• Experience: 5 Years of Real Estate Marketing & Sales

Manager IT:

• Responsibility: Expertise in Oracle systems, with knowledge of IT systems, networking, administration, system, and network security.
• Education: Masters/ BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Diploma in Oracle Language

Supervisor IT:

• Responsibility: Developing and overseeing the installation of systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

Manager Administration:

• Responsibility:  Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, politics, and procedures.
• Education: Master in HR, Management Sciences, and Logistic Staff Course qualified from Pak Army
• Experience: 10 Years

Superintendent Administration:

• Responsibility:  Develop and implement an annual procurement plan to ensure quality goods and services.
• Education: BBA,B.Com, and BA
• Experience: 15 Years

Supervisor Administration:

• Responsibility:  Maintaining a proper filing system to prepare office documents for functions.
• Education: BBA, B.Com, and BA
• Experience: 5-10 Years experience as an electrical supervisor

Supervisor Electrical:

• Responsibility: Troubleshooting system failure and equipment malfunctions to ensure a safe work area.
• Education: Diploma in Electrical or similar field
• Experience: 5-10 Years

Controller Motor Transport:

• Responsibility:  Maintain a record of Jubricants, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of the vehicle log book.
• Education: B.Com, B.A Military Transport related course from Army and PAF and Pakistan Navy
• Experience: 10-15 Years

Director Security:

• Responsibility:  Security plans and programs must be developed and implemented.
• Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate from HEC-recognized university, Supplemented with security management preferably military Organization Certificate
• Experience: 5-20 Years

Security Officer:

• Responsibility: Organize, monitor, coordinate, and oversee security operations of the ASF city site.
• Education: BA /BSc /Intelligence staff course from Armed Forces or Govt Organization
• Experience: 15 Years

Supervisor Record:

• Responsibility:  Data protection and easy access are essential for successful customer service.
• Education: BBA/B.Com/BA
• Experience: 5 Years

Manager Land:

• Responsibility: Develop, implement, and manage land acquisition risk.
• Education: BBA/ B.Com/ BA
• Experience: 15 Years

Supervisor Legal Matters:

• Responsibility: Oversee, review, and prepare contracts as directed.
• Education: MBA/ BA/ BSc
• Experience: 5-10 Years

Financial Analyst:

• Responsibility: Analyzing financial data to identify trends and make recommendations.
