3I Finance Academy, a renowned institution in Islamic finance education, is looking for a driven Salesperson to join their team. Your main role will be to attract students to their wide range of educational programs, including live sessions, recorded lectures, and Ebooks. This is a work-from-home position with a commission-based compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively pursue prospective students interested in Islamic finance education.
- Promote and market our educational offerings, including live sessions, face-to-face sessions, recorded lectures, and Ebooks.
- Make sales calls, give presentations, and provide demonstrations to potential students, highlighting the value and benefits of our courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current students, offering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for attracting and engaging students.
- Conduct market research to identify platforms and channels for selling Ebooks and recorded lectures, contributing to market placement efforts.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and foster a positive online presence for the academy.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of 3I Finance Academy.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in education or Islamic financial services.
- Islamic Finance certification or a relevant degree is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and persuade potential students.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Islamic finance principles and a passion for promoting ethical financial education.
- Proficient in using social media for business and basic market research techniques.
- Reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends to accommodate student schedules.
Note:
- This position offers a commission-based structure with no basic salary. Sales Representatives will earn a competitive commission rate of 25% on each student enrollment they bring to 3I Finance Academy.
