Sales Closer at Designo Graphy Custom Software Solutions
Designo Graphy is looking for an experienced and talented Sales Closer with at least 5 years of relevant experience and excellent English language skills. As a Sales Closer, your main role will be to finalize sales transactions and contribute to the revenue growth of our company. You will utilize your strong negotiation skills, persuasive communication abilities, and extensive product knowledge to successfully close deals and surpass sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients, establish a connection, and understand their needs.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and address customer concerns to close the sale.
- Work with the sales team to qualify leads and develop strategies for converting prospects.
- Effectively use CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and proposals.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry advancements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a successful track record in closing deals and achieving targets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, resolving conflicts and handling objections effectively.
- Proficient in sales techniques, relationship building, and consultative selling.
- Deep understanding of products and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Organized and skilled in time management, multitasking, and prioritization.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and reporting.
- Motivated and driven to surpass sales targets.
- Can work independently or collaboratively in a team.
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
