- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and databases.
- Introduce and educate customers about our digital services, emphasizing their benefits.
- Clearly communicate the value of our services and address customer inquiries.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold-calling efforts.
- Follow sales scripts and guidelines for consistent and professional customer interactions.
- Meet monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and overcome challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position our services effectively.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably selling digital services.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, building trust with customers.
- Strong abilities in cold calling and handling objections.
- Independent worker who meets sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.
- Knowledge of digital services (websites, digital marketing, SEO, social media, etc.) is advantageous.

- Adaptability to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing education is a plus.
