Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the successful completion of project milestones and manage personal work to meet project task deadlines.
- Respond to safety-related issues and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken when needed.
- Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, safety, quality, and cost for equipment and processes.
- Uphold cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance by following site procedures.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and adhered to.
- Develop relevant metrics and action plans to meet customer and business needs.
- You will oversee the supervision of inspection, reconciliation, dispensing, and receiving of components. You will utilize project management skills to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams, achieving objectives within the schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Project or equivalent, is essential.
- Experience in the Pharma industry is nice-to-have.
