Requirements:

• Develop a national distribution strategy considering factors like population, demographics, locations, and business goals.
• Take responsibility for overseeing the nationwide franchise and retail channels.
• Utilize data science and analytics to enhance distribution practices and make the distribution channel more efficient.
• Create business cases and policies for commissioning new and existing products.
• Act as the guardian of franchise agreements and policies.
• Set monthly distribution KPIs and targets on a national scale.
• Lead the development of distribution strategies and provide solutions for addressing distribution challenges.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual and monthly setting of KPIs and targets for distribution on a national level.
• Monitor the performance of all distribution-related KPIs.
• Research and adopt best distribution practices from across the Emerging Asia Cluster for benchmarking.
• Deliver valuable business insights to stakeholders, aiding in informed decision-making.
• Anticipate potential challenges and their business impact, offering solutions to mitigate them.

Educational Qualifications:

• You can have an MBA, BBA, or a similar field of education.

Work Experience:

• Substantial experience in positions involving profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, as well as roles in channel management and operations, preferably in a channel planning capacity within the telecommunications or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

• Proven ability to take the lead and ensure thorough project execution.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Telco and Branchless Banking market dynamics, particularly concerning sales and distribution operations.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of drawing meaningful conclusions from data and fact-based information.
• Proficient in relationship management.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, Database Tools (SQL & Python), and PowerPoint.
