- You can have an MBA, BBA, or a similar field of education.
- Substantial experience in positions involving profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, as well as roles in channel management and operations, preferably in a channel planning capacity within the telecommunications or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Proven ability to take the lead and ensure thorough project execution.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Telco and Branchless Banking market dynamics, particularly concerning sales and distribution operations.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of drawing meaningful conclusions from data and fact-based information.
- Proficient in relationship management.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, Database Tools (SQL & Python), and PowerPoint.
