Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Donor Relation Managers to estimate and finalize budget/cost for requisition forms.
- Accompany donors, guests, and contractors to TCF School buildings when necessary.
- Present TCF School Projects to the Construction platform.
- Prepare design presentations as needed.
- Design, prepare, and coordinate drawings, features, and cost estimation for special projects.
- Conduct site surveys during land acquisition or later stages.
- Provide information and distribute TCF school images, drawings, and features to local contractors.
- Coordinate soil testing when required.
- Provide progress reports for the Ministry of Education, Arts, and Literature and other relevant entities.
- Conduct site visits with Construction Managers to finalize the layout, plinth level, finishes, and check detailing.
- Negotiate with contractors and highlight cost constraints, prepare contract documents, and award letters.
- Arrange and document construction committee meetings, including preparing minutes of the meetings.
- Document all projects, including contractor’s bills.
- Manage and arrange the installation of signages and plaques in TCF School Projects.
- Research and approve building materials for TCF School projects while considering budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software such as 3D Max
- Experienced in designing various types of buildings, with a focus on schools and office interiors
Education & Experience:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Gained five years of experience working with a well-known architectural consulting firm.
