From retail spaces and restaurants to offices, hotels, and homes, we handle all aspects of design and construction. Throughout our journey, we have successfully completed numerous interior fit-out projects, ensuring excellence from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation/design to construction and handover.
- Ensure timely completion of the project within the approved budget.
- Coordinate with internal team members and subcontractors for scheduling and material specifications.
- Collaborate with all departments to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of site surveys, logs, and daily activities.
- Prepare, review, and approve project plans, budgets, procurement plans, health and safety plans, risk plans, and consultant/contractor appointments.
- Manage the approvals process and maintain project documentation.
- Provide technical advice, resolve on-site problems, and prepare site reports.
- Liaise with vendors for materials and negotiate prices.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and support the project schedule, scope, and budget.
- Oversee Fit Out project execution and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects to high-quality standards, meeting client and company expectations.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience focusing on the entire project life cycle.
- Preferably have an architectural/design background.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D drawings, MS Excel, and MS Project for project planning and scheduling.
- Possess a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Preferably hold certifications in Project Management and Contract Management.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Creative problem solver.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
