Pioneer Tobacco, a subsidiary of Marson’s group, is a prominent international company in the tobacco industry. They are currently looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of our local business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our team, driving sales growth, handling daily accounts, and ensuring we achieve or surpass our financial objectives. Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the management team in the company.
•  Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
•  Manage the company’s finances, including budgeting and forecasting.

•  Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
•  3-5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the cigarette industry.
•  Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting financial goals.
•  Strong leadership and management skills, able to inspire and motivate teams.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
•  Knowledge of the tobacco industry and relevant regulations is a plus.
