In the role of a Site Civil Engineer, you’ll take charge of creating well-structured schedules for the procurement of materials and equipment, meticulously managing their delivery timelines. Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Design team and representatives to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Managing various aspects of construction projects and guiding the crew.
- Review plans, quantities, and drawings to ensure everything is precise.
- Conducting technical studies, investigating sites, and assessing feasibility.
- Coordinating with clients and consultants to make sure the project meets their needs.
- Verifying bills and keeping an eye on financial aspects.
- Attending client meetings as needed to discuss project updates and details.
- Working closely with various professionals like site managers, surveyors, engineers, and workers.
- Handling any other tasks or responsibilities that may arise to keep the project on track and successful.
Skills:
- Skilled in using AutoCAD, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for precise project planning.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for details.
- Possessing a thorough understanding of all on-site construction activities.
- Capable of effectively overseeing the construction of multi-story buildings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate seamless interactions.
- Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project to manage project documentation.
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Efficiently managing time to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Qualification:
- Candidate must Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- Brings 3-5 years of valuable experience in the Construction industry as a contractor.
