Candidate should Ensure that regional and area teams follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) by implementing and reviewing operational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to the region, inspiring and guiding teams towards productivity and engagement.
- Foster a culture of open communication and transparency throughout all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and ensure the delivery of quality education in schools, including availability and standards of materials and staff, as well as tracking student learning outcomes.
- Make strategic planning decisions, set annual goals and performance expectations, and review outcomes.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to enhance operations.
- Manage budgeting, reporting, and auditing, including financial planning and risk mitigation for the portfolio.
- Establish alliances and partnerships with government and other organizations to facilitate network expansion.
- Coordinate with functional teams within the organization to ensure efficient portfolio management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, reviewing and maintaining necessary documents.
- Identify and address organizational problems and opportunities, evaluate risks, and lead quality assurance efforts.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build teams, resolve conflicts, and foster positive relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy, as well as general finance and budgeting principles.

Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
- Candidates with 15+ years of management experience or retired Army Brigadier or equivalent rank from Air Force/Navy.
