Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass financial targets with a focus on results.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned customers, representing them.
- Understand customer strategies, brands, and their potential on our three platforms Flavors, Ingredients, and Food Design.
- Deeply comprehend and leverage Company’s strategy, capabilities, technologies, products, and services.
- Establish International Flavors & Fragrances as a trusted strategic partner by co-creating value propositions that meet customer needs and advocating for customers.
- Identify customer needs aligned with International Flavors & Fragrances solutions.
- Maximize profit opportunities within control, such as pricing.
- Develop, present, and execute strategic account plans that align with global, regional, and sub-regional business objectives.
- Act as the face of International Flavors & Fragrances, serving as the primary contact for customers, enhancing Company’s position and image. Cultivate strong customer relationships at all levels and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IFF, implementing strategies to generate sales.
- Take responsibility for accurate sales forecasts on a regular basis.
- Prepare executive sales reports and update International Flavors & Fragrances management on new business activities.
Requirements:
- Manage projects from start to finish, utilizing International Flavors & Fragrances’ strengths, resources, and competencies.
- Business-minded and results-oriented, with strategic thinking and a proactive approach.
- Persistent in executing long-term strategies and patient in achieving results with extended development cycles.
- Excellent networking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, adept at influencing and negotiating effectively.
- Connect customer needs to International Flavors & Fragrances solutions.
- Industry knowledge of food, flavors, and ingredients, with a passion for staying informed about trends, companies, and technology.
- Lead virtual teams through engagement, active listening, mentoring, and development.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Urdu.
- Display confidence, enthusiasm, and dynamism in your personality.
- Emotionally intelligent professional who builds trust by delivering on commitments.
- IT proficiency and ability to leverage big data for improved commercial performance and customer engagement.
Experience & Qualification:
- 5+ years of sales experience preferably in the business-to-business models in Flavors, Ingredients, Taste, or adjacent industries in the Food
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, Food Science or Chemistry
- Flavors/Ingredients sensory and basic technical knowledge
- Flavors/Ingredients industry experience
