DALDA Pakistan, a private sector organization, is actively seeking candidates for the positions of Assistant Manager – Imports, AM / DM – Export, and AM – Meal Sales / Exports for the year 2023. Various vacancies are available, and the organization is inviting qualified individuals to fill these roles. They are currently looking for Assistant Manager (Import / Export)

Title of the Vacancy:

1. Assistant Manager – Imports
2. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Export
3. Assistant Manager – Meal Sales / Exports

Other Requirements:

• Coordinate with Planning and other departments to understand their requirements for imported materials.
• Obtain Proforma Invoices and Indents that include important details such as price, shipment period, and others required for establishing a Letter of Credit (LC).
•  Work closely with the treasury department to secure necessary documents for the LC establishment process.
•  Engage with various banks to obtain LCs that are suitable for imported materials.
•  Follow up regularly with foreign vendors to ensure timely shipment of goods.
•  Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure timely coverage of all incoming materials.
•  Coordinate with clearing agents to ensure the timely clearance of imported materials.
•  Manage and organize data related to all imported materials.
